1) International HR Partners shall work to strictly abide by all Japanese laws and regulations in relation to the protection of personal data.
2) Personal data shall be obtained by lawful and fair means and the purposes for which they are to be used shall be specified.
3) International HR Partners will not disclose collected personal data of our clients to third parties except when being requested by the authority of law.
4) If a client requests the deletion, rectification, completion or amendment of personal data relating to him or her, International HR Partners shall respect the wishes of such individuals and accommodate their wishes appropriately. |
