The following amendments below concern companies having workers numbering 100 or less, and will take effect on July 1st, 2012.

To establish a short working hour system for those workers whose child has not reached 3 years old.
Not to make those workers whose child has not reached 3 years old do overtime work if the worker makes such a request.
To have workers take 10 days of family nursing leave when workers have 2 or more family members to take care of, and 5 days if workers have a single family member to take care of.
