Ms. Fujii was employed by DIC Corporation (formerly known as Dainippon Ink & Chemicals Inc.) from 1990 to 2007. During her time here, she gained extensive experience, knowledge and expertise working in the field of human resources management.
From 2009 to 2011 Ms. Fujii worked as a legal assistant for a well-known labor and social security attorney’s office in Tokyo.
In 2011 Ms. Fujii established FUJII Labor and Social Security Attorney Office in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
In 2016 appointed Ms. Noriko Yashima as a partner and changed the firm name to International HR Partners Corporation. |
